Return Policy For Beadable Pens

This policy applies to beadable pens sold by Creative Expression Outlets.

Because beadable pens are handled, written with, and may show wear after use, returns are limited to protect product quality and business integrity.

By purchasing a beadable pen, the customer agrees to this policy.

Beadable pens are handmade or hand-assembled. Small differences in bead placement, color, size, pattern, finish, charm placement, or appearance may occur.

These small differences are not defects.

Beadable pen returns may be accepted only if the pen is in new, resalable condition.

To request a return, the customer must contact Creative Expression Outlets within 7 calendar days of delivery. Delivery dates are based on carrier tracking information.

To qualify, the pen must be:

• In new, resalable condition 
• Free from damage, stains, missing parts, or signs of use 
• Returned with all original beads, charms, hardware, packaging, inserts, and accessories 

Because ink use cannot always be measured after purchase, a beadable pen may not qualify for return or refund if it shows signs of use.

Signs of use include, but are not limited to:

• Writing use 
• Ink depletion 
• Altered ink flow 
• Missing ink 
• Damaged pen tip 
• Scratches, dents, cracks, stains, or handling wear 
• Excessive handling 
• Missing beads, charms, hardware, packaging, inserts, accessories, or parts 

Creative Expression Outlets will inspect the returned pen and determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Items returned without approval may be refused.

Before sending a pen back, the customer must contact Creative Expression Outlets with:

• Order number 
• Customer name 
• Reason for the return request 
• Clear photos of the pen 
• Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable 

Approved returns must be shipped within 5 calendar days of approval.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved and the issue is determined to be an error by Creative Expression Outlets, reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.

Creative Expression Outlets is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.

If a beadable pen arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is received due to an error by Creative Expression Outlets, the customer must contact Creative Expression Outlets within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide clear photos of the pen, clear photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Customers should keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

“Arrives damaged” means the beadable pen or its packaging shows visible damage when delivered to the customer, before the customer uses, handles, alters, drops, stores, or writes with the pen.

Damage that appears to have happened during shipping or delivery is considered an arrived-damaged claim.

Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied if Creative Expression Outlets is unable to verify the condition of the pen at delivery.

Refunds are not issued until the returned pen has been received and inspected.

If a monetary refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved monetary refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. The customer’s bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Creative Expression Outlets.

Creative Expression Outlets may offer store credit, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation, item condition, order history, and supporting documentation.

Beadable pen orders may only be canceled before they are processed, packaged, shipped, or placed into production.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order beadable pens cannot be canceled once production has started.

A beadable pen does not qualify for return or refund if it was damaged after delivery by the customer.

Customer-caused damage includes, but is not limited to:

• Dropping 
• Pulling 
• Twisting 
• Bending 
• Misuse 
• Improper storage 
• Exposure to smoke, perfume, moisture, heat, stains, or chemicals 
• Taking the pen apart 
• Altering, repairing, or modifying the pen 

Damage that happens after delivery because of customer handling, use, dropping, pulling, twisting, bending, improper storage, moisture, heat, perfume, smoke, chemicals, or alteration is not considered an arrived-damaged claim.

The following beadable pens are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received due to an error by Creative Expression Outlets:

• Custom beadable pens 
• Personalized beadable pens 
• Made-to-order beadable pens 
• Altered or modified beadable pens 
• Seasonal beadable pens 
• Limited-edition beadable pens 
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted beadable pens 

Please review all product descriptions, photos, measurements, colors, bead styles, charm details, and product information carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order for a beadable pen with Creative Expression Outlets, the customer agrees to this Beadable Pen Returns & Refunds Policy.
